Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
EU/UK consumers: Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies regardless of the above (see §9).
2) Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Collectibles & Graded Items (PSA/BGS)
Minor manufacturing imperfections may still exist even at high grades.
We do not accept returns based solely on grading disagreements or subjective condition preferences.
Items with tamper-evident seals broken, case opened, or serial/label altered are not returnable.
Any concerns about tampering or serial discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
3) How to Start a Return (RMA)
Email us at hello@enishicollectibles.com to request a return. Please include:

Order number

Item name/SKU (and grading certification number if applicable)

Photos showing condition and packaging (if damaged/defective)
If your return is approved, we’ll send an RMA number, return instructions, and a return address (and a prepaid label where applicable).
Items sent back without an RMA approval may be refused.
4) Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping (we’ll send you a prepaid label where available).

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind/size preference): you are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packing.
5) Packaging & Risk
Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials. You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend a trackable and insured service.
6) Damages & Issues
Please inspect upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
7) Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Graded cards / opened collectibles / custom or personalized items

Items with tamper-evident packaging opened or seals broken

Gift cards, downloadable/digital products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases

“Final sale” or sale/clearance items (where clearly marked)

8) Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (after RMA approval) and place a new order for the replacement.
9) EU/UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU/UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You must return items unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We will refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping (if any) per local law.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.

Deductions may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
10) Import Taxes, Duties & DDP
Unless stated as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout, you’re responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage charged by customs.

These charges are generally non-refundable by us once assessed by customs.

If DDP was collected at checkout, we’ll handle prepayment of estimated import charges. Final customs assessments may differ; differences may be charged or refunded.

Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender packages: original shipping and any import fees (including return customs) may be deducted from your refund unless the refusal is due to our error.
11) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

12) Restocking / Deductions
We do not typically charge a restocking fee. However, we may deduct amounts for:

Missing components, accessories, or original packaging

Damage, wear, odors, markings, broken seals, or diminished value due to handling beyond ordinary inspection

Non-compliant returns (e.g., shipped without RMA, shipped COD, or sent after the return window)
13) Currency & Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the original payment currency. Exchange rate differences or fees charged by your bank are not covered by us.
14) Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help. Unjustified chargebacks may be contested with order, tracking, and delivery evidence and may delay your refund.
