Welcome to Enishi Collectibles! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Enishi Collectibles.
Enishi Collectibles operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), powered by Shopify.
By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our products. However, the appearance or colors of items may differ depending on your device and settings.
We do not warrant that the quality or appearance of any products will meet your expectations.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or limit quantities at any time.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Enishi Collectibles reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
Your order is accepted once payment has been received and confirmed by us.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, as cancellations may not be possible once accepted.
Purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale or export without our written consent.
All returns or exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, customs duties, import charges, and shipping fees.
If Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is offered and selected, estimated import charges will be collected in advance. Actual customs fees may differ, and any difference may be charged or refunded.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information so we can complete your transaction successfully.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
For consumers in the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions where required by law, title and risk transfer upon delivery to you.
For all other orders, title and risk transfer when the product is handed to the carrier.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, unless an exception applies.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Graded cards, opened collectibles, and custom-made or sealed products are non-returnable.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services—including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software—is the property of Enishi Collectibles, its licensors, or Shopify, and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Enishi Collectibles.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Enishi Collectibles is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform for our store.
However, all purchases are made directly between you and Enishi Collectibles.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions or products purchased from us.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from or related to your use of our Services.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy available here.
By using our store, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with these policies.
SECTION 11 - COLLECTIBLES & THIRD-PARTY GRADING
Some products may be authenticated or graded by third-party companies (e.g., PSA, BGS).
Minor imperfections may exist even at high grades.
We do not guarantee or re-evaluate grading results and cannot accept returns based solely on grading disagreements or subjective condition preferences.
Report any concerns regarding tampering or serial discrepancies within 3 days of delivery.
SECTION 12 - PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@enishicollectibles.com.
Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed using proof of shipment and delivery.
Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
You may not transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code; collect personal data of others; or interfere with security features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have violated these Terms.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or customs delays.
SECTION 20 - EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You confirm that you are not located in or shipping to any country or individual subject to U.S., EU, UK, or UN sanctions or embargoes.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that would violate applicable export laws.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law rules.
You and Enishi Collectibles agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 23 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Enishi Collectibles.
Failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
