Thank you for shopping with Enishi Collectibles.
This Shipping Policy explains our processing time, shipping methods, tracking, customs duties/taxes (DDP/DDU), signature requirements, forwarding restrictions, and what happens if a shipment is returned or undeliverable.
0) Shipping Coverage (Where We Ship)
- We ship worldwide to the countries/regions available at checkout.
- We do not ship to Japanese addresses at this time.
- Certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier suspensions, import restrictions, sanctions rules, or service limitations.
1) Processing Time (Handling Time)
- Most items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays in Japan).
- Some items are procured after an order is placed. For these items, processing may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.
- If an item requires extended processing time, we will indicate it on the product page when possible, or contact you promptly after purchase.
- If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us before purchase so we can confirm availability.
2) Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- All orders are shipped with tracking.
- Carriers may include (depending on destination, service level, and item value): DHL, FedEx, Japan Post (EMS/International Parcel), or other reliable carriers.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Important: Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination country/region
- item type (e.g., high-end graded cards vs. small parcel items)
- shipping method and parcel characteristics (weight/size/value)
4) Duties, Taxes & Customs (DDP / DDU)
A) United States Orders
We use different customs terms depending on the declared value:
Orders under USD 2,500
- Shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available.
- Import duties/taxes are included in the total cost — no additional payment should be required upon delivery.
Orders over USD 2,500
- Shipped using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) (also known as DAP in some contexts).
- Import duties/taxes and any customs-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities.
High-value orders — DDP by request
- In some cases, DDP may be arranged upon request for high-value orders.
- Please contact us before purchase to discuss availability and pricing.
B) International Orders (Except United States)
- Import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), and any customs-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office for the latest information before purchasing.
Customs rules vary by country, and we cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of duties/taxes that may be charged.
5) Importer of Record (Buyer Responsibility)
For DDU shipments, the buyer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for:
- providing any required information to customs/carrier
- paying import duties/taxes and related fees
- complying with local import regulations
Failure to complete customs payment/clearance may result in delays, return-to-sender, or disposal by the carrier/customs authorities (see Section 9).
6) Address Requirements (Security)
- We ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed.
- If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we may request that you cancel and place a new order with the correct address.
7) Signature on Delivery (High-Value Orders)
- For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery for security.
- The carrier may also apply additional verification procedures depending on destination and declared value.
8) Forwarding / Reshipper Restrictions
- We may be unable to ship to forwarding warehouses or reshippers that refuse to sign, do not verify receipt, or do not provide reliable proof of delivery.
- If we determine that a shipping address is a forwarding service that cannot meet these requirements, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable).
9) Delivery Time (Estimated)
Delivery time depends on destination and carrier operations. Typical estimates:

Express courier (e.g., DHL/FedEx): ~2–7 business days
- Standard international shipping: may take longer depending on customs and local delivery networks
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, remote-area delivery conditions, or carrier disruptions.
10) Remote Area Surcharges / Service Changes
- Some remote areas may incur additional remote area surcharges imposed by carriers.
- In some cases, carriers may require a service downgrade/adjustment (e.g., different service level) or may have limited delivery options.
- If a surcharge or service change is required, we will contact you to confirm options before proceeding when possible.
11) Undeliverable / Refused / Returned-to-Sender Shipments
- If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- unpaid duties/taxes (DDU shipments)
- refusal to accept the package
- failure to respond to customs/carrier requests
- incorrect/incomplete address
- missed delivery / storage expiration
then one of the following will apply:
A) Refunds for Returned Shipments
After we receive and confirm the returned item:
- We may issue a refund minus any non-refundable costs, which may include:
・outbound shipping costs
・return shipping costs
・customs/handling fees charged to us
・payment processing fees (where applicable)
B) Re-shipment
If you would like the order re-shipped, we can do so after return confirmation.
Re-shipment shipping costs and any applicable fees will be paid by the buyer.
Note: If the carrier/customs disposes of the package and it cannot be returned to us, a refund may not be possible.
12) Declared Value & “Gift” Requests
- We do not mark merchandise below the actual value or as “gifts.”
- Such requests violate regulations and carrier policies.
13) High-end Graded Items: Condition Disclaimer
For graded cards (e.g., PSA 9/10):
- Even with high grades, minor imperfections such as scratches, print lines, holo specks, or edge whitening may be present.
- We cannot accept claims regarding the grading company’s evaluation standards or results.
- Please review photos carefully and contact us before purchase if you need additional images.
14) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or appears missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) and include photof:
・outer packaging (all sides)
・shipping label
・inner packaging
・item condition
- For missing shipments, please check tracking updates first and contact your localcarrier office when applicable.
We will assist with carrier investigations where possible. Outcomes depend on carrier policy and the results of the investigation.
